By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

You must meet ALL of the following requirements to use our services:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be located in a jurisdiction where fantasy sports contests are legal
• Account Limitations: You may only maintain one active account
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate registration information

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false information or violating eligibility requirements may result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, date of birth, and creating a secure password.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform
• Providing false or misleading information
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements
• Any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users

4. Contest Rules and Gameplay

4.1 Contest Entry

ClassyCrew Fantasy offers skill-based basketball fantasy contests where participants create lineups and compete based on real player performance. By entering a contest, you agree to:

• Comply with all contest-specific rules and scoring systems
• Submit lineups before the specified deadline
• Accept that lineup changes cannot be made after the deadline
• Acknowledge that contests are based on official NBA statistics

4.2 Scoring and Results

• Points are calculated based on our published scoring system (see Point System page)
• Official NBA statistics are used for all scoring calculations
• Stat corrections made by the league within 24 hours of game completion may affect scores
• Leaderboard positions are determined by total fantasy points accumulated
• In the event of a tie, tiebreaker rules specified in contest details apply

4.3 Contest Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or modify contests due to:

• Insufficient entries
• Technical difficulties
• Game postponements or cancellations
• Extraordinary circumstances beyond our control

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with others
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to enter contests or scrape data
• Manipulate or exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Collude with other users or engage in fraudulent activity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account termination and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is owned by ClassyCrew Fantasy or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer our platform
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (usernames, profile information, etc.), but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operation and promotion.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ClassyCrew Fantasy SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Damages resulting from contest participation or lineup decisions
• Technical failures, server downtime, or data loss
• Actions or content of other users
• Unauthorized access to your account

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, IF ANY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClassyCrew Fantasy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Content you submit or share
• Your contest participation or lineup decisions

10. Dispute Resolution

10.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except you may assert claims in small claims court. The arbitration will be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration body.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.
